By accessing or using FedScanner (fedscanner.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

Description of Service

FedScanner is a search platform that aggregates publicly available government contract solicitations and grant opportunities from federal databases including SAM.gov, Grants.gov, and USASpending.gov. We provide search, filtering, alerting, and competitive intelligence tools to help small businesses find government opportunities.

Service Plans

• Free: 3 searches per day, basic filters, no account required
• Starter ($1.99/month or $19.99/year): Unlimited searches, business profile, saved searches, advanced filters
• Pro ($9.99/month or $99/year): Everything in Starter plus daily email alerts, AI phone intake, deadline tracking, award history, priority support

Account Terms

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One account per person; accounts are non-transferable
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• You may not use the service for any illegal purpose

Billing and Payments

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access our platform in a manner that exceeds normal usage
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially redistribute our aggregated data in bulk
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the platform
• Impersonate another user or entity

Data Accuracy Disclaimer

FedScanner aggregates data from U.S. government sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the information displayed is complete, current, or error-free. Government listings may be modified, cancelled, or updated at any time by the issuing agency.

You are solely responsible for verifying all information directly with the issuing agency before submitting any bid, proposal, or application.

FedScanner is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the U.S. government, SAM.gov, Grants.gov, or USASpending.gov.

Form Preparation Services

If we offer form preparation or application assistance services, these are provided as a convenience only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and submitting all forms and applications. We do not submit applications on your behalf unless you provide explicit written authorization.

Intellectual Property

Government contract and grant data displayed on FedScanner is public record and is not subject to copyright. Our platform design, code, branding, and proprietary features are the intellectual property of FedScanner.

Limitation of Liability

FedScanner is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Lost opportunities due to data delays, inaccuracies, or service interruptions
• Decisions made based on information from our platform
• Actions taken by government agencies regarding any opportunity
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
